Blackcurrant Jam
Some blackcurrants are lucky enough to be made into blackcurrant jam. (Some get made into squash.) This jam is made with berries from a mixture of blackcurrant cultivars (Ben Hope and Ben Sarek).
Ingredients: Blackcurrants, Sugar, Water, Lemon Juice, Pectin.
Sizes: Small (130g), Medium (227g). Large (320g)
Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within one month
