Victoria Plum Jam
Victoria plums are a classic English plum, and a very popular plum tree among gardeners as well as farmers. This variety was introduced in the 1840’s, possibly from Sussex.
We feel that this jam is the best filling for Victoria sponge cake (I’m aware that the WI may disagree!)
Ingredients: Sugar, Victoria Plums, Water, Freshly squeezed lemon juice, Pectin
Sizes: Small (130g), Medium (227g), Large (320g)
Once opened, keep in the fridge and consume within 1 month.
